Support includes assistance in planning, installation, training, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrading, and migration.
We use state of the art help desk and ticketing system to track and provide support to our clients, where they will have access to a personalized portal for them to send and track all of their support requests.
Our support agreements can be customized to meet our customer’s requirements to insure support availability for critical systems, maintain system health and service level agreements (SLA) to insure system uptime.
